These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Ferrisvheel.net, including the Ferrisvheel Minecraft server, website, associated services, and community features.

By accessing Ferrisvheel.net or joining the Ferrisvheel Minecraft server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or associated services.

1. About Ferrisvheel

Ferrisvheel is a privately operated Minecraft community and server intended for invited, whitelisted, or otherwise authorised players.

Access to the server is provided at the discretion of the Ferrisvheel administration team. Being granted access does not create a permanent entitlement to continued access.

2. Server Access

Ferrisvheel may restrict, suspend, revoke, or terminate access to the server or associated services at any time where reasonably necessary, including for:

• Breaches of server rules or these Terms;
• Abuse, harassment, threats, or serious misconduct;
• Attempts to compromise or disrupt the server or website;
• Exploitation of bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended mechanics;
• Circumvention of bans, restrictions, or security measures;
• Conduct that materially interferes with the community or operation of the server; or
• Other circumstances requiring administrative intervention.

Where appropriate, the administration may provide warnings or other forms of moderation before restricting access. However, this is not guaranteed.

3. Whitelist

Ferrisvheel is a whitelisted server.

The administration may approve or reject whitelist applications or invitations at its discretion. A player may be removed from the whitelist without creating any obligation to provide continued access.

Players must not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide their whitelist access to another person.

4. Minecraft Account

You are responsible for the Minecraft account used to access Ferrisvheel.

Ferrisvheel is not responsible for activity carried out through your Minecraft account where that activity results from your failure to maintain control of the account.

Minecraft and Mojang/Microsoft accounts remain subject to their respective terms and policies.

Ferrisvheel is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

5. Server Rules

Players are expected to follow the Ferrisvheel community rules in addition to these Terms.

The server is intended to provide a relatively relaxed and player-driven environment. Swearing and mature language may be permitted, while threats, harassment, targeted abuse, or other serious misconduct are not.

Server mechanics and community rules may permit activities such as stealing or griefing depending on the circumstances and current server rules. Players are nevertheless expected to exercise reasonable judgement, respect other players, and avoid deliberately attempting to make the server unusable for others.

The administration reserves the right to intervene where behaviour exceeds reasonable community standards or materially harms the server.

6. Builds and Player Creations

Players generally retain responsibility for their own builds, creations, designs, and other contributions.

Ferrisvheel does not guarantee that player creations will remain permanently available.

The server may experience:

• World corruption;
• Backups being restored;
• Hardware or software failures;
• Plugin or configuration changes;
• Map resets or alterations;
• Accidental deletion; or
• Other technical events.

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain backups and server integrity, restoration of individual player progress is not guaranteed.

7. Server Availability

Ferrisvheel is provided on an "as available" basis.

The server may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, hosting issues, network outages, security incidents, or other circumstances.

No guarantee is made that the server will operate continuously or without interruption.

8. Website Content

Ferrisvheel.net may contain information, images, links, software, downloads, player-submitted material, or other content.

Reasonable efforts may be made to keep information accurate and current, but no guarantee is provided that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current.

Ferrisvheel may modify, remove, or discontinue website content or functionality at any time.

9. Third-Party Services

Ferrisvheel may use third-party services for purposes such as:

• Website hosting;
• Minecraft server hosting;
• Authentication;
• Analytics;
• DNS and security;
• Communication;
• Discord or other community services;
• Payment processing, where applicable; and
• Other infrastructure required to operate the service.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Ferrisvheel is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website design, branding, original graphics, written content, software, configuration, and other original Ferrisvheel materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Minecraft, Mojang, and Microsoft trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Players retain ownership of original content they create, subject to any rights required for Ferrisvheel to operate and display that content as part of the server or website.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not intentionally:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server, website, databases, or accounts;
• Exploit vulnerabilities for malicious purposes;
• Introduce malware or malicious code;
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks;
• Attempt to compromise another player's account;
• Circumvent bans or security controls;
• Impersonate Ferrisvheel staff for malicious or deceptive purposes;
• Harvest personal information from other users;
• Use Ferrisvheel services to facilitate illegal activity; or
• Deliberately interfere with the operation of the server or website.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The latest version published on ferrisvheel.net will apply to continued use of the website and server after the effective date of the updated Terms.
